Delete your Well-Bearing account
You can delete your Well-Bearing account at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and what data is and is not removed.
Easiest method: delete in the app
The simplest way to delete your account is inside Well-Bearing:
Open Well-Bearing → Me → Account → Delete Account
If you cannot access the app
If you cannot open Well-Bearing or complete deletion in the app, you may request account deletion by email.
Email: wellbearingapp@gmail.com
Use the subject line Well-Bearing Account Deletion Request (the link above pre-fills that subject).
Identity verification may be required before an account can be deleted, so that only the account owner can request removal.
What is deleted
When deletion completes, Well-Bearing deletes:
- Your Well-Bearing account
- Well-Bearing-controlled account and cloud data associated with your account (when present)
Well-Bearing does not retain account profile data after deletion completes.
What is not deleted by Well-Bearing
The following are outside Well-Bearing’s deletion authority and are not deleted by Well-Bearing when you delete your account:
- Apple Health data
- Health Connect data
- App Store / Google Play purchase history and subscription records
Subscriptions
Deleting your Well-Bearing account does not cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions. To stop billing, manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
